Home from Work Certificate

Course Length: 3 hours

 

Employer-Assisted Housing (EAH) and EAH programs benefit REALTORS, employers, and communities. This class will help you identify the needs in your community and how you can reach out to employers. Help employers establish an employer assisted housing benefit. Obtain the necessary tools to work with area employers to promote housing opportunities including EAH for their workforce. Conduct home-buying workshops, schedule home buying counseling sessions and develop financial benefit programs.
