About Barbara

Barbara is a REBAC (NAR) approved instructor since

2006 and is currently teaching REBAC (NAR) Designations

and Certifications ABR, SRES, SFR, BPOR. Barbara

has been a National Certified Career Development

Specialist (CCDS) of Prudential Core Courses from 1999—2004.

As a real estate sales trainer she has taught courses throughout the US and Canada (from 5 to over 100 in a class).  Barbara has training certificates from REEA (Real Estate Education Association), the Instructor Training Institute (ITI) NYS, and Mercer County Community College in NJ, and is an approved instructor in NY, CT, PA, AZ, LV, VA and FL, as well as a Certified Instructor for the WCR/PMN classes.  She has been a practicing realtor in New Jersey since 1987, and in Florida since 2007, winning both NJAR Million Dollar and Prudential’s Presidents’ status.

 

Barbara is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA), is listed in the National Register’s Who’s Who, is an applicant to become a DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor), and is applying for membership in the National Speakers Association (NSA).

 

 As a former business education teacher, Barbara prides herself as being a life-long educator, continually attending seminars to help clients with the latest techniques.  She holds a Batchelor of Arts and a Master of Science degree from Hunter College in NYC and is a member of Delta Pi Epsilon, an Honorary Society.

 

Barbara is friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable, cooperative, and willing to go the extra mile to help realtors improve their performance.  Her students find her classes entertaining, lively, logically delivered, and fun.
